　　The Grasshopper and the Ants 蚱蜢與螞蟻

　　It is summer. The sun is shining brightly. It is very hot. The Grasshopper is lying under the shade and drinking a cold glass of lemonade. The Ants are busy doing something.. 夏天裡，陽光普照，天氣非常炎熱。蚱蜢躺在陰涼處，喝著一杯清涼的檸檬水。螞蟻正忙著做事。

　　Grasshopper: Jeez! What a hot day! I am so hot and thirsty. Mmm.This lemonade is so sweet and cold. I love the summer.

　　蚱蜢：天啊!好熱的天氣啊!我又熱又渴的。嗯。。。這檸檬水又甜又清涼。我喜歡夏天。

　　Ants: One, two!

　　螞蟻：一、二!

　　Anta: Let’s work!

　　螞蟻：我們工作吧!

　　Ants: Three, four!

　　螞蟻：三、四!

　　Ants: All day!

　　螞蟻：從早到晚!

　　Grasshopper: Look at those Ants. What are they doing? Why are they working so hard? It is too hot to work today. They must be crazy.

　　蚱蜢：看這些螞蟻。他們在幹什麼?他們幹嘛這麼努力工作呀?今天太熱，不適合工作。他們一定是瘋了。

　　Queen: Come on! Work faster!

　　蟻后：加油!快一點! The Ants are busy gathering food. All of the Ants are sweating. 螞蟻們正在忙著收集食物。所有的螞蟻都在流汗。

　　Grasshopper: Oh, my, my! Look at those silly Worker Ants! They are likes slaves. Look at them sweat! Terrible!

　　蚱蜢：哦，我的天啊!看看那些笨工蟻!他們好像奴隸一樣。看看他們流汗的樣子!真可怕!

　　The Queen Ant tells the Worker Ants to work harder.

　　蟻后要工蟻們更努力地工作。

　　Queen: We don’t have much time. Hurry up! We have to gather more food!

　　蟻后：我們沒有多少時間了。趕快!我們要收集更多的食物。

　　Ants: Yes, ma』am!

　　螞蟻：是的，夫人!

　　Grasshopper: Gather food? No time? What does the Queen Ant mean? There is lots of food here. How silly!

　　蚱蜢：收集食物?沒有時間?那個蟻后是什麼意思?這裡有那麼多食物。笨死了!
