事實上，cut it out是要求別人停止的意思。當別人「一直」在做某事煩你的時候（例如：一直戳你，一直跟你講煩人的話，一直拍你的頭等等），你可以說：
Can you please cut it out？
可以請你停止嗎？
但是如果別人只是稍微煩你一下或只講了一句討厭的話，則不能使用這個句子叫對方停下來。
不想說得那麼禮貌的話，也可以省去Can you please，直接說：Cut it out.
