最近看到兩個新能源汽車方面的新聞： 新能源招商新能源
新能源縱橫消息：
歷經兩次審議，6年艱辛探討，《中華人民共和國環境保護稅法》在十二屆全國人大常委會第二十五次會議上獲表決通過，並將於2018年1月1日起施行。
伴隨著環境保護法的實施，我國費改稅的路程終於走上正軌，新能源汽車行業的發展將進入嶄新階段。
積分制實施後，新能源積分將可以用來衝抵傳統燃油車碳積分，不達標的車企只能通過購買的方式來補齊積分，相當於為傳統燃油車繳了「環境稅」，能夠進一步的促進新能源汽車產業生長，加速環保建設。
另外：
印度政府日前宣布，印度到2030年只能販賣仰賴電力驅動的汽車。 據報導，身為發展中國家，印度的石油需求量大，經濟成長與交通發展的代價就是空氣汙染嚴重。為了改善空氣汙染問題，印度政府宣布，到2030年，市場上只能買得到電動車。因此印度也推行了全國電動車計劃，逐步減少汽油動力車的數量，並提高電動車和混合動力車的年銷量。據了解，此政策無疑將會為尚未進入印度市場的特斯拉帶來大利潤，而印度當地最大的電動車廠商馬璽達的執行長也歡迎特斯拉這個競爭對手能儘快加入。

Role & Responsibilities
1. In charge of building up supplier pool and setting up strategy for responsible material group PCBA.
2. Pro-active research and facilitate reduction potentials of procurement costs.
3. Monitor the purchasing volume, identify further localization potential and negotiate ratio potential while mass production.
4. Supporting material planners and the quality assurance employees at the escalation level stage. Ensure production material/parts available according to schedule.
5. Supplier development and management for quality, delivery, cost.
6. Observe the market situation according to predetermined criteria, as well as assist in the execution of active procurement marketing.
7. Contractual agreements and relationship maintenance with suppliers.
8. Set target agreements with suppliers in collaboration with the responsible Q functions.
9. Request for quotations, evaluations and negotiations of quotations.
10. Ensure price neutrality with overseas suppliers.
11. Keep master data up to date in technology and engineering change management.
Qualifications
1. Qualification for technical college or BS/BA.
2. Good commander of English, a second language German will be preferred.
3. Module knowledge in material management, medium technical knowledge, economic and market knowledge, knowledge of contract law, controlling, knowledge of negotiating techniques.
4. >5 years working experience (automotive preferred) in purchasing of electrical components (preferably PCBA parts).
5. Skilled in Microsoft Word/Excel Power Point, SAP, Lotus Notes.
6. Commodity experience in: LED/PCBA/Electronic Components.
7. Good communication skill and team cooperation spirit.
8. Problem solving ability.
9. Can work under the pressure.
