椎間盤造影術
Discography (also called a discogram) is a diagnostic procedure used to determine if one or more discs are the cause of back pain. The procedure involves pressurizing discs by injecting them with a sterile liquid to induce pain in the affected discs.
椎間盤造影術是一項用於明確是否是一個或多個椎間盤導致腰痛的診斷性操作。術中在相關椎間盤內注入無菌液體施加壓力，以誘發疼痛。
This diagnostic procedure, also called discogram, is used to determine whether the back pain is caused by one or more spinal discs.
這項診斷性操作，用於確定腰痛是不是由一個或多個椎間盤病變引起的。
The procedure involves pressurizing suspicious discs with injection of a steril liquid to induce pain. Discography helps the specicalists plan a course of treatment.

In prepearation for the procedure, the patient lays on the side or stomach on a table equipe with a type of X-ray unit called a fluoroscopy.

Medication is administed through intravenous or iv line to relax the patient. It's important for the patient to be awaken off, to tell the position what he or she is feeling.

A local anesthetic is used to numb the skin and all the tissue down to the disc area. A guide needle is inserted through the anesthetized track to the out edge of the disc.

The physician uses the fluoroscopy to identify the target disc. A small needle is inserted through the guide needle into the center of the disc, this may be repeated for several discs. Once all the needles are placed, the discs are pressurized one at a time with injections of contrast dye. With each injection, the patients may feel ether pressure or pain. If the patient feels pain, the physician will ask the patient to comparing to the pain the patient has been experiencing. If the pain is the same, this may indicate a diseased disc.
醫生用透視來確認目標椎間盤，通過導針插入細針到達椎間盤中央，如懷疑有多個椎間盤受累，則重複上述操作。當所有針穿刺到位，依次在各椎間盤內注入對比造影劑施壓。每次注入病人可能感覺有壓迫感或疼痛，如果病人感覺疼痛，醫生會讓病人與平常的疼痛進行比較，如果疼痛類似，可確定這是病變的椎間盤。
After each disc is tested, images are taken with the fluoroscopy unit. The needles are removed. The patient may be taken for a CT scan to abtain additional images of the inside of the discs.
當所有椎間盤測試完畢，用透視機留下圖像。然後拔出穿刺針。病人可能需要進行CT掃描以進一步獲得椎間盤內部的圖像。
Discography, usually takes less than an hour to perform. The precedure may cause soreness for a few days. The patient is usually adviced to take cetaminophen or ibuprofen, and to ice the affected area for several minutes each day, until the soreness absides.
椎間盤造影術操作往往不到一個小時。手術後數天內病人可能會感覺酸痛不適。建議使用對乙醯氨基酚或布洛芬，受累部位每天冰敷幾分鐘，直到酸痛症狀消失。
