杭州派發注音英語小冊子遭網友噴:這是外星語

　港媒稱，二十國集團(G20)峰會將於9月在杭州舉行，是中國首次舉辦該項會議。為迎接峰會到來，當地推出英語學習小冊子，以中文字標註讀音教民眾簡單英文句子。

　　據香港《經濟日報》網站7月4 日報導，其中Welcome to hangzhou(歡迎來到杭州)竟標成「歪看木土杭州」，讓人忍俊不禁。也有網友質疑如此發音外賓不可能聽得懂。

　　這份《英語100句快速記憶》小冊子中不少中文字注音令人一頭霧水。如「杭州，某斯特，不優特服四體，因掐那」實際上是「Hangzhou，the most beautiful city in China」(杭州，中國最美麗的城市)的注音。「外斯特雷克，白斯特愛去愛可順恩因杭州」看似天書，實際上是說「West Lake， the best attraction in Hangzhou」(杭州最美在西湖)。類似的注音還包括「杭州，啊派愛那達斯俺俄思」，即「Hangzhou，a paradise on earth」(人間天堂——杭州)。

　　報導稱，當地民眾將上述小冊子上傳至網上，引來熱議。有網民質疑小冊子裡充斥宣傳杭州的廣告詞，質疑學這些表達用處不大。也有網友認為，若按照中文標註講英文，將成為無人能聽懂的「外星語」，對與外賓交流毫無幫助。此外，杭州的士司機也掀起學英文熱，有的士公司請來英文系大學生為司機上課。真人示範讀音效果不錯，有司機稱自己的英文有很大進步，遇到外國客人時會主動說「Hello」。
