Convention on safety and civilization of residents
【1】安全環保用電用氣。睡覺前、出門前隨手關燈、及時關閉空調、電扇等各類電器插線板開關。
長時間無人在家應及時拔下插頭。
【2】安全環保用水。及時關閉水龍頭。遇到水龍頭有滲水，需及時上報。
避免木地板被浸泡，同時避免水滲透到樓下對其他住戶帶來次生災害。
【3】愛護公共設施，尤其是大門及房間門窗輕關輕開！各電器插座、燈開關、家電、遙控器等使用要愛惜，保養。
【4】如廁後衝馬桶時稍等片刻確保馬桶放水按鈕復原狀態，無異常聲音後再離開。防止按鈕沒有及時復原而人已經離去導致白白浪費水。
【5】木地板保養。不得在木地板上造成積水、油跡及其他液體殘留，有液體殘留需在第一時間清理用拖把拖幹。
【6】不得在小區內、室內抽菸、點蚊香等不文明行為，任何造成木地板及牆體不可逆的汙漬損壞的都需要照價賠償。
【7】積極防治各類盜竊案件發生。平時最後一個出門的人需及時關大門、鎖門，確保鑰匙不要遺忘在鎖眼。各人需確保各自鑰匙保管， 一旦鑰匙有遺失導致家裡安全隱患的需第一時間上報寢室長和房東更換大門鎖芯。
【8】不得私自在廚房以外的房間燒飯，否則易引發火災和汙染牆壁。燒飯使用燃氣務必要及時開關，嚴禁空燒和不關燃氣給整個家庭和小區帶來安全隱患！
【9】周末或小長假出門前及時關閉各房間全部電源、拔掉各類充電器、關緊水龍頭，確保馬桶放水按鈕復原狀態。
【10】家裡無人時間超過3天以上的，請最後一個離開者及時關閉水龍頭總閥門，關閉位於客廳電錶箱裡的總電源開關。
【11】共同維護公共區域衛生。無論是輪流清掃或大家共同出資請人清掃，請大家愛護公共衛生！定期清洗馬桶、衛生間地面、客廳房間木地板地面清潔。
【12】牆體保養。未經許可，不得在任何牆體塗畫、釘入釘子、鑽孔等任何影響牆體美觀的行為。
【13】不隨意亂扔垃圾，及時清理個人的生活垃圾。不亂倒易堵大顆粒物品到浴盤、馬桶等易致堵物，違者導致相關損失後果自負。
【14】嚴禁高空拋物,違者報送公安機關。
【15】嚴格遵守傳染病預防（包括新冠病毒等）的相關政府官方發布的相關法規和要求。

【3】 Take good care of public facilities, especially the door and window of the room! All electrical socket, light switch, household appliances, remote control and other use to cherish, maintenance.
【4】 When flushing the toilet after going to the toilet, wait for a moment to ensure that the toilet drain button is restored to its normal state, and then leave after there is no abnormal sound. To prevent the button is not restored in time and people have left, resulting in white water waste.
【5】 Wood floor maintenance. It is not allowed to cause water, oil stains and other liquid residues on the wooden floor. If there is any liquid residue, it should be cleaned up at the first time and mopped up.
【6】 Do not smoke or light mosquito repellent incense and other uncivilized behaviors in the community or indoors. Any damage caused by irreversible stains on the wood floor and wall shall be compensated according to the price.
【7】 Actively prevent and control all kinds of theft cases. Usually the last person to go out should close and lock the door in time to ensure that the key is not left in the keyhole. Each person should make sure that his / her key is kept. Once the key is lost, it is necessary to report to the dormitory manager and the landlord to replace the door lock cylinder.
【8】 Do not cook in the room outside the kitchen without permission, otherwise it is easy to cause fire and pollute the wall. It is necessary to switch on and off the gas in time when cooking. It is strictly forbidden to burn without gas, which will bring hidden danger to the whole family and community!
【9】 Before going out on weekends or long holidays, turn off all the power in each room, unplug all kinds of chargers, and turn off the faucet to ensure that the toilet drain button is restored.
【10】 If there is no one at home for more than 3 days, please turn off the main valve of the faucet and the main power switch in the electric meter box of the living room.
【11】 Jointly maintain the public area health. Whether it is cleaning by turns or by joint investment, please take care of public health! Regularly clean the toilet, toilet floor and wood floor in living room.
【12】 Wall maintenance. Without permission, it is not allowed to paint, nail or drill holes on any wall, which may affect the appearance of the wall.
【13】 Do not litter at will, and clean up personal garbage in time. If you don't pour large particles into the bath pan or toilet, you will be liable to block up. If you violate the rules, you will be responsible for the consequences.
【14】 Throwing objects from high places is strictly prohibited. Violators should report to the public security organ.
