上海交通大學生命科學技術學院教授,博士生導師;TOACJ (Bentham Science Publishers Ltd出版)編委,中國化學會有機分析專業委員會委員。2000年年獲中國科技大學理學博士學位,畢業後留校從事分析化學的教學與研究。2002年-現在,於上海交通大學生命科學技術學院從事"生物分離與分析"教學與研究工作。主要學術貢獻:1、提出了較系統的移動化學反應界面(MCRB)的模型和理論;2、建立了一系列移動化學反應界面的方法,驗證並完善了MCRB理論;3、提出了系統的等電聚焦電泳動力學理論;4、利用MCRB,發展了多種毛細管電泳在線富集技術的理論和方法,並為其他富集技術的闡明提供了基礎;5、利用MCRB,提出了大體積樣本同步富集分離的新理論和新方法;6、提出了基於MCRB膠體複合材料合成的理論與方法。

先後在"Anal. Chem.", "Electrophoresis", "J. Chromatogr. A", "J. Chromatogr. A"和"自然科學進展"等重要學術期刊發表論文近50篇(其中SCI論文40餘篇),近幾年獲得或申請國家發明專利8項。
