Construction Method of Steel Structure
1、構件製作
1. Production of members
依據廠內設備條件和鋼結構製作的主要工藝流程,構件生產次序為:鋼柱→鋼梁→檁條、支撐→小型鋼構配件→樓面板材(含配件)→牆面板材(配件)等。依以上生產次序,生產過程中主要抓住以下幾點:
According to the equipment condition in plant and main process of steel structure production, the member production order is: steel columns→steel beams→purlins, supports→small steel fittings→floor plates (including accessories)→wall plates (accessories) etc.. According to the above production order, the production process mainly includes the following:
(1)放樣
(1) Setting out
製作樣板時用金屬劃針放樣。放樣以1:1的比例在樣板臺上彈出大樣,當大樣尺寸過大時,可分段彈出。該工程的一些構件只對其節點有要求,則可縮小比例彈出樣子,但應注意精度。先以構件的某一水平線和垂直線為基準,彈出十字線,二線必須垂直。然後依據此十字線劃出其他各個點及線,並在節點旁註上尺寸,以備複查。放樣結束自檢後須經各工種專職檢驗員檢驗,以確保各構件加工的幾何尺寸、角度和安裝接觸面等的準確。
Lofting with a metal stylus when producing a sample plate. Setting out with the ratio of 1:1, eject bulk sample on the sample table, when the bulk sample size is too large, can be segmented ejected. Some members of the project only have a requirement for the node, can reduce the proportion of the making of samples, but should pay attention to accuracy. Then draw every other point and line on the basis of the cross line, and mark the size beside the node, for review. Subject to the inspectors of specific duty to check out after lofting, to ensure that the geometry size, angle and the mounting contact surface of each member machining are accurate.
(2)下料切割

下料前嚴格按工藝詳圖對照品種、規格、牌號是否一致,必要時請有關人員鑑證,應確認所用材料與圖紙要求對應相符時才可切割。鋼板的剪切線、氣割線必須彈直,當鋼板有起伏呈波浪狀時應特別注意。下料切割方法有氣割、剪切、衝模落料、坡口和鋸切,切割前應對鋼板或型材進行矯正。對接、焊接鋼板或型材必須進行檢驗和探傷,確認合格後才準切割,不得使一次剪切的寬度超過剪板機的寬度。剪切的長度超過剪板機寬度的料要採取相應的措施。下料後應對切割面、尺寸公差、切口截面和飛濺物等進行檢驗,經檢合格後進行合理堆放,做上合格標識和編號。
Before laying-off, contrast whether the varieties, specifications, marks are consistent strictly according to the technical detail, if necessary, request the relevant personnel to identify, should make sure the material and the requirements of the drawings correspondingly match before cutting. The shear line, gas cutting line of steel plate must be ejected straight, should pay special attention to the wavy plate with the ups and downs. The laying-off cutting methods include gas cutting, shearing, punching laying-off, grooving and sawing, before cutting should correct the steel plate or section bar. For butt joint, welding steel plate or section bar, must carry out inspection and detection of defects, cut only after being qualified, and shall not make the width of a shearing more than that of the plate shearing machine. Corresponding measures should be taken in case of the material length of shear over the width of the plate shearing machine. After laying-off, inspection should be taken to cutting plane, dimensional tolerances, cut section and spatter matters, and carry out reasonable pile up after the qualified inspection, make qualified identification and number.
(3)制孔
(3) Holes making
制孔普遍採用鑽孔,另外該工程不重要的節點板、墊板、加強板及角鋼拉撐等構件孔可採用衝孔。制孔前先在構件上劃出孔的中心線和直徑。
For holes making, drilling holes is widely used, in addition, punching holes can be used in members holes such as unimportant node plate, base plate, reinforcing plate and angle steel bracing of the project. Before holes making, draw center line and diameter of the hole on the member.
(4)矯正
(4) Correction
矯正主要採用機械矯正和火焰矯正等方法。因火焰矯正是利用局部受火焰加熱後的收縮變形去抵消已經產生的焊接變形,故如果第一次矯正沒有達到質量要求範圍,可在第一次加熱位置再進行火焰矯正,矯正量過大可在反方向再進行火焰矯正,直至符合技術要求,但加熱溫度要有控制範圍。
For correction, mechanical correction, flame correction and other methods are mainly used. Because the flame rectification uses the shrinkage deformation after local flame heating to offset welding deformation that has been generated, if the first correction does not reach the quality requirements range, the flame correction can be taken again in the first heating position, the flame correction can be taken again in the reverse direction in the case of too large correction, until they meet the technical requirements, but there should be control range for the heating temperature.
(5)組立組裝
(5) Assemblage and assembly
下料後的平板由專業放樣人員劃出中心線、定位線,在組立機上進行點焊定位固定,使其形成圖紙所需形狀。在組裝前,組裝人員必須熟悉施工圖、組裝工藝及有關文件的要求,並檢查組裝零部件的外觀、材質、規格、數量,當合格無誤後方可施工。組裝的間隙錯位、垂直度、角度、平行度要嚴格控制,並滿足規定要求,待檢驗後才準正式焊接。
The professional personnel will draw the center line lofting, positioning line on flat plate after laying-off, take spot welding fixing on the assembly machine, forming the shape required by drawings. Before assembly, the assembly personnel must be familiar with the construction drawings, assembly process and the requirements of the relevant documents, and check the appearance, material, specifications, quantity of parts to be assembled, construction can be taken only after the checking. Clearance dislocation, perpendicularity, angle, parallelism of assembly must be strictly controlled, and meet the requirements, formal welding can be taken after the test.
(6)焊接與再矯正
(6) Welding and re-correction
焊接人員必須持證上崗。焊接時必須根據鋼板的規格尺寸按工藝要求選用相應的焊絲、電流、電壓和焊接速度。焊條使用前應仔細檢查,凡發現有藥皮脫落、汙損、變質、吸溼、結塊和生鏽的焊條、焊絲、焊劑等焊材,不得使用。H型鋼焊接後,因焊接對鋼材進行局部不均勻的加熱,而導致焊接應力的產生發生焊接變形。故應進行矯正,矯正在矯正機上進行。
Welding personnel must be employed with certificates. When welding, selection of corresponding welding wire, current, voltage and welding speed must be based on steel plate specification and size according to the process requirements. The welding rod should be carefully examined before being used, welding rod, welding wire, flux and other welding materials with drug skin shedding, fouling, metamorphism, hygroscopicity, caking and rust shall not be used. As to H type steel after welding, due to local nonuniform heating of welding to steel, will result in welding stress then welding deformation occurs. So it should be corrected on the correction machine.
(7)噴丸除鏽
(7) Shot peening
構件的磨擦面經處理後再噴丸並加以保護,磨擦面應規定要求製作,並做抗滑移係數試驗,以確保磨擦係數達到要求,經處理的磨擦面不得有飛邊,毛刺、焊疤或汙損等。
The friction surface of the member shall be of shot peening and protected after processing, friction surface should be produced according to requirements, and take the anti slip coefficient test, to ensure that the friction coefficient reaches the requirement, the treated friction surface shall not have fins, burr, welding scar or dirt, etc.
(8)塗裝及編號
(8) Coating and number
構件經除鏽檢驗驗收合格後,必須在返鏽前塗完第一道底漆。必須嚴格根據工程要求在車間對構件進行底層噴塗,做到噴塗均勻,無明顯起皺流掛,附著良好,油漆的種類、遍數、塗層的厚度應符合設計要求。塗裝完畢後,應在構件上標註構件的原編號,標記可用標籤或油漆直接寫,構件編號宜放置在構件兩端醒目處。
After acceptance of rust removing test, members must be coated by the first priming paint before the return of rust. The bottom spray coating to the member must be strictly according to the engineering requirements in the workshop, to achieve uniform spraying, with no obvious wrinkles sagging, good adhesion, the paint type, number of times, the thickness of the coating shall meet the design requirements. When painting is finished, should mark the original number on steel members, the mark can be written directly by label or paint, member number should be placed prominently at both ends of member.
(9)鋼構件驗收
(9) Approval of steel members
出廠前必須對鋼構件進行驗收,出廠的成品構件應具有出廠合格證及有關技術文件等,並在工廠內進行預拼裝,檢查是否符合設計尺寸和整體質量情況等,待檢驗合格後方可出廠。
The steel member must be checked and accepted before leaving factory, product member which has left factory shall have certificate and relevant technical documents, and be pre assembled in the factory, be checked whether it meet the design size and overall quality and so on, to leave the factory only after passing the inspection.

1)鋼結構吊裝順序
1) Hoisting sequence of steel structure
鋼結構吊裝按劃分的區域,平行順序同時進行。當一片區吊裝完畢後,即進行測量、校正、高強度螺栓初擰等工序,待片區校正完成後,再對整體再進行測量、校正、高強度螺栓終擰、焊接。焊後複測完後,接著進行下一節鋼柱的吊裝。並根據現場實際情況進行本層壓型鋼板吊放和部分鋪設工作。
According to division of the region, the steel structure hoisting carries at the same time, by the parallel sequence. After an area hoisting, immediately take measurement, calibration, high strength bolt initial tightening process, when the area correction is completed, then take measurement, calibration, high strength bolt final tightening, welding to the whole. After the retest after welding, then take the hoisting of the next steel column. And carry out the laminated plate hoisting and part of the laying work according to the actual situation on site.
2) 第一節鋼柱吊裝

①吊點設置 Hanging point set
吊點位置及吊點數根據鋼柱形狀、斷面、長度、起重機性能等具體情況確定。

吊點設置在柱頂處,柱身豎直,吊點通過柱重心位置,易於起吊、對線、校正。
Hanging point is arranged at the top of column, column body is vertical, hanging point through position of the center of gravity, easy for hoisting, alignment and correction.
②起吊方法 Hoisting method
A、鋼柱採用單機起吊。
A. Steel column with single hoisting.
B、起吊時鋼柱必須垂直,儘量做到迴轉扶直,根部不拖。起吊迴轉過程中應注意避免同其他已吊好的構件相碰撞,吊索應有一定的有效高度。
B. When hoisting, the steel column must be vertical, rotate to be straight as far as possible, root not to tow. Care should be taken to avoid collision with other members which has been suspended in the hoisting rotary process, slings should be of effective height.
C、第一節鋼柱是安裝在柱基上的,鋼柱安裝前應將登高爬梯和掛籃等掛設在鋼柱預定位置並綁紮牢固,起吊就位後臨時固定地腳螺栓,校正垂直度。鋼柱兩側裝有臨時固定用的連接板,上節鋼柱對準下節鋼柱柱頂中心線後,即用螺栓固定連接板做臨時固定。
C. ③鋼柱校正 Steel column correction
鋼柱校正要做三件工作:柱基標高調整,柱基軸線調整,柱身垂直度校正。
To do three things for steel column correction: the plinth elevation adjustment, the plinth axis adjustment, the column verticality correction.
A、柱基標高調整
A. Plinth elevation adjustment
放下鋼柱後,利用柱底板下的螺母或標高調整塊控制鋼柱的標高,精度可控制在規範以內,柱底板下預留的空隙,可以用高強度、微膨脹、無收縮砂漿以注漿法填實。當使用螺母作為調整柱底板標高時,應對地腳螺栓的強度和剛度進行計算。
Put down the steel column, control steel column elevation using the nut or the elevation adjusting block under the column base plate, precision can be controlled within the specification, the clearance obligated under column base plate can be filled with mortar of high strength, micro expansion, non shrinkage by grouting method. When using a nut for adjusting column bottom elevation, shall calculate the strength and stiffness of anchor bolts.
B、第一節柱底軸線調整

對線方法:在起重機不松鉤的情況下,將柱底板上的四個點與鋼柱的控制軸線對齊緩慢降落至設計標高位置
The alignment method: in the case that the crane does not loose hook, align the four points on the column base plate with the control axis of steel column and slowly fall to the design elevation position
C、第一節柱身垂直度校正
C. Correction for the column verticality of the first section
採用纜風繩校正方法。用兩臺呈90的經緯儀找垂直。在校正過程中,不斷微調柱底板下螺母,直到校正完畢,將柱底板上面的兩個螺母擰上,纜風繩鬆開不受力,柱身呈自由狀態,再用經緯儀覆核,如有微小偏差,再重複上述過程,直至無誤,將上螺母擰緊。
Adopt the cable wind rope correction method. Look for vertical by two theodolites of 90 with each other. In the correction process, constantly fine adjust the nut under column base plate, until the correction is completed, screw the two nuts on the column base plate, loosen the cable wind rope, make it without force, the column body is in free state, and then review by the theodolite, if there is a small deviation, repeat the above process, until no error, screw up the upper nut.
地腳螺栓上螺母一般用雙螺母,可在螺母擰緊後,將螺母與螺杆焊實。
Nuts on the anchor bolt generally use double nuts, may weld solidly the nuts and the screw after the nuts being screwed up.
D、柱頂標高調整和其他框架鋼柱標高控制

採用相對標高安裝。鋼柱吊裝就位後,用大六角頭高強度螺栓固定連接上下鋼柱的連接耳板,但不能擰得太緊,通過起重機起吊,撬棍可微調柱間間隙。量取上下柱頂預先標定的標高值,符合要求後打入鋼楔、點焊限制,鋼柱下落。

3) 第二節鋼柱軸線調整

為使上下柱不出現錯口,儘量做到上下柱中心線重合。

每一節鋼柱的定位軸線絕對不允許使用下一節鋼柱的定位軸線,應從地面控制線引至高空,以保證每節鋼柱安裝正確無誤,避免產生過大的積累誤差。
The positioning axis of each section of steel column is absolutely not allowed to use the positioning axis of the lower section of steel column, should from ground control line lead to the upper, to ensure that each section of steel column is installed correctly, avoid too large error accumulation.
4)第二節鋼柱垂直度校正

鋼柱垂直度校正的重點是對鋼柱有關尺寸預檢。

5)鋼柱標高的調整
5) Steel column elevation adjustment
每安裝一節鋼柱後,對柱頂進行一次標高實測。如誤差過大不宜一次調整,可先調整一部分,待下一次再調整。中間框架柱的標高宜稍高些,因為鋼框架結構自重不斷增大,中間柱承受的結構荷載較大,基礎沉降亦大。
After installation of every section of steel column, an elevation measurement should be taken to the top of the column. If the error is too large for an adjustment, may adjust a part first, and wait for the next time to adjust. The middle frame column elevation should be slightly higher, because the self weight of steel frame structure increases continuously, the middle column bear greater structure load, foundation settlement is also bigger.
6) 標準柱安裝

為確保鋼結構整體安裝質量精度,在每層都要選擇一個標準框架結構體,依次向外發展安裝。
In order to ensure the overall installation quality precision of steel structure, should select a standard frame structure on each layer, then proceed installation outward in turn.
標準柱的垂直度校正:採用兩臺經緯儀對鋼柱及鋼梁安裝跟蹤觀測。鋼柱垂直度校正可分兩步。
Correction for standard column verticality: track, observe and measure steel column and steel beam installation by two theodolites. Steel column verticality correction can be divided into two steps.
A.採用無纜風繩校正。在鋼柱偏斜方向的一側打人鋼楔或頂升千斤頂。
A. Correction using wind rope without cable. Knock a steel wedge or hoisting jack in on the side of steel column oblique direction.
B.將標準框架體的梁安裝上。先安裝上層梁,再安裝中下層梁。安裝過程會對柱垂直度有影響,可採用鋼絲繩纜索(只適宜跨內柱)、千斤頂、鋼楔和手拉葫蘆進行,其他框架依標準框架體向四周發展,其做法與上同。

7)框架梁安裝工藝
7) Frame beam installation technology
A.鋼梁在吊裝前,應在梁上裝好扶手杆和扶手繩,以便待主梁吊裝就位後,將扶手繩與鋼柱系牢,以保證施工人員的安全。
A. Before hoisting steel beam, should install the armrest rod and the handrail rope on the beam, so that after the main beam hoisting in position, fasten the handrail rope and steel column, so as to ensure the safety of construction personnel.
梁校正完畢,用高強螺栓臨時固定,再進行柱校正。對梁、柱校正完畢後即緊固連接高強螺栓,焊接柱節點和梁節點,並對焊縫進行超聲波檢驗。
After beam correction is completed, fix with high-strength bolts for provisional fixation, then take the column correction. After the beam, column correction, fix and connect high-strength bolts, weld column and beam joint, and take ultrasonic examination for the weld joint.
B、一節柱可以分為2層、3層或4層梁,原則上豎向構件由上向下逐件安裝。由於梁上部和周邊都處於自由狀態,易於安裝且保證質量,一般在鋼結構安裝實際操作中,同一列柱的鋼梁從中間跨開始對稱地向兩端擴展安裝;同一跨鋼梁,先安裝上層梁再安裝中下層梁。

C、在安裝柱與柱之間的主梁時,會把柱與柱之間的開檔撐開或縮小。因此必須跟蹤校正,預留偏差值。

D、柱與柱節點和梁與柱節點的焊接以互相協調為好。一般可以先焊一節柱的頂層梁,再從下向上焊接各層梁與柱的節點。

E、次梁根據實際施工情況一層一層安裝完成。

8) 鋼柱連接

柱與梁的焊接順序,先焊接頂部柱、梁節點,再焊接底部柱、梁節點,最後焊接中間部分的柱、梁節點。
For the column and beam welding sequence, weld nodes at the top of the column, beam first, and then weld the nodes of bottom column, beam, finally weld nodes at the middle part of the column beam.
9)柱底板墊塊安裝及二次灌漿
9) Column base plate block installation and secondary grouting
● 鋼柱安裝時,因需調整柱高程、通常於柱底端頭板下放置墊塊,而墊塊的尺寸。
● In steel column installation, because of the need to adjust the column height, usually place the mat block under head plate at the column bottom end, and the block size.
● 主鋼構吊裝校正完成後,才可進行灌漿通常在校正完畢後三天內完成,以免因其他原因造成結構體移位,灌漿材料應採用細石混凝土,使柱底板與基礎完全接觸,灌漿砼標號比柱砼標號高一級。灌漿前準備工作,削除砼表面過高處使灌漿厚度至少保持4cm以上,去除砼表面的細微物,油脂、泥土等不良物質,而保持適當粗糙。一端及兩側而之模板亦需高出板面,且留出間隔,並稍具傾斜,以使插入木棒或鋼筋。灌漿料必須以拌和機拌和,若以手拌和,則缺乏流動性而使水易增加,造成收縮之危險。一經灌注,必須連續不斷進行作業,直到灌漿從周圍出為止,灌漿料必須從一側開始,未完成前不可中斷。灌注後,保持溼潤狀態保養至少七天, 灌漿工作由土建施工隊完成。
● Only after the main steel structure hoisting correction is completed, can carry out grouting. Usually finish grouting in three days after the correction, so as to avoid structure displacement caused by other reasons, grouting materials should be used of fine stone concrete, to make complete contact of the column base plate and foundation, grouting concrete grade is higher than column concrete grade. For preparation work before grouting, dele the too high part on concrete surface, to make the grouting thickness of at least maintaining above 4cm, remove fine material, grease, dirt and other harmful substances on concrete surface, and maintain appropriate roughness. One end and both sides of the template also need to be higher than the plate, and leave spacing, incline slightly, to make a wooden or steel bar inserted. Grouting material must be mixed by the mixing machine, if mixed by hand, the lack of liquidity will make water increase, causing danger of contraction. Once grouting, must be of continuous operation, until the grout being out from around, grouting material must be started from one side, cannot be interrupted before completion. After grouting, maintain moist state for at least seven days, grouting work is completed by the civil engineering construction team.
10)高強度螺栓施工方法
10) Construction method for high strength bolts
● 該鋼構工程鋼梁、柱安裝高強螺栓時構件的磨擦面應保護乾燥清潔,不得在雨中作業。擰緊順序應從節點板中心向邊緣施擰,兩個連接件的為先主要後次要的順序,H型鋼構件為上翼緣、下翼緣、復板的順序,同一節柱上梁、柱節點緊擰順序為先上梁柱接點再下梁柱節點,最後為中間梁柱節點。高強螺栓緊固程度用電動扳手進行控制,其終擰扭矩達到合格質量標準,連接檁條牆梁用的普通螺栓每個螺栓不得墊兩個墊圈。所有安裝螺孔,均不得採用氣割擴孔,當板疊銷孔超出允許偏差造成連接螺栓不能穿通時,可用鉸刀進行修整。
● When installing high strength bolts for steel beam, column of the steel structure project, the friction surface should be protected clean and dry, not in the rain. The screwed tightening sequence should be from the center to the edge of the gusset plate, for two connections, sequence should be from the major to the secondary, for H shaped steel member, the order is the edge of upper flange, the edge of lower flange, duplicate plate, for beam column nodes on the same section of column, the screwed tightening sequence should be nodes at the upper beam and column first, then nodes at the lower beam and column, finally for the intermediate beam column joints. High strength bolts fastening degree is controlled by electric wrench, the final tightening torque to achieve acceptable quality level, for the ordinary bolt connecting wall beam purlin, each bolt without two mat washers. All mounting screw holes are not allowed to use gas cutting hole, when the stack pin hole exceeds allowable deviation causing connecting bolts cannot be penetrated, may use reamer for adjustment.
11)檁條及支撐系統的安裝

● 檁條及支撐系統應配合鋼結構吊裝,進行交叉作業,流水施工。

安裝外牆板前先安裝牆面系統的上口泛水、窗門側泛水及與磚牆交接處臺度收邊,牆板安裝好後再安裝下口泛水包邊及陰、陽包角板等。
