1、工程名稱:XX衛星地面站基建項目-宿舍樓改造工程

2、工程性質:裝修改造

3、改造的主要範圍和內容:內裝修改造主要是原一層庫房的可見牆體(見拆除平面圖)後,重新分隔,主要裝修內容包括:吊頂、牆面、地面及外立面的裝修改造。
3. Main scope and content of renovation: interior finish renovation mainly includes separating the visible wall body of original first–floor storeroom again (see the demolition plan); the main decoration content includes: renovation of suspended ceiling, wall space, floor and external faade.
(1)宿舍、起居室、臥室:輕鋼龍骨石膏板吊頂,米色環保塗料牆面,修復硬木地板地面配實木踢腳,更換免漆實木門、木門洞口包貼、更換斷橋鋁合金中空窗。
(1) Dormitory, living room and bedroom: light-gage steel joist gypsum board ceiling, cream-colored environmental friendly coating wall space, repair hardwood flooring equipped with solid wood baseboard, replace non-painting all-wood door, wooden door opening en-casement, replace the broken-bridge aluminum alloy hollow window.
(2)洗手間:鋁合金裝飾吊頂,鋁合金防水內門,木門洞口,增加米色人造大理石窗臺板;
(2) Toilet: aluminum decorative ceilings, aluminum alloy waterproof interior door, wooden door opening, increasing cream-colored artificial marble window sill;
(3)樓梯間:清理水磨石地面、粉刷耐水塗料內牆面、原有欄杆及扶手為玻璃欄板木扶手;
(3) Staircase: clean terrazzo floor, rendering water resistant coatings on interior wall surfaces, original railings and handrails are the balustrade with glass panel and wood handrails;
(4)各層走廊:鋪設防滑地磚地面(需剔除原有水磨石地面)、粉刷欄板內側牆面、頂棚吊鋁塑板吊頂、粉刷房間朝向走廊的外牆面、更換井道門為鋁合金百葉門(白色)、增設過水口及鋪地磚踢腳;
(4) Corridor of each floor: laying anti-skid floor tile surface (need to remove the original terrazzo), paint the wall space inside of breast board, aluminum-plastic panel ceiling, painting the corridor wall opposite to the room, replace the well door with aluminum alloy blind door (white), and add water gap and lay floor tile baseboard;
(5)一層新建衛生間:鋁合金板吊頂,鋪貼高級仿石牆面磚、地磚,黑色石材洗手臺,選用國產中檔品牌潔具、衝水閥、花灑等;衛生間室內採用防水筒燈照明,洗手臺鏡子加裝鏡前燈,內牆做防水層並完成閉水試驗。
(5) New toilet in the first floor: aluminum alloy ceiling, laying high-grade imitated stonewalling face brick and floor tile, black stone wash basin, select domestic mid-range branded sanitary, flush valve, shower and etc, waterproof down light should be used in the bathroom, mirror front lamp should be mounted on the wash basin mirror, and waterproof layer should be made in the interior wall, and closed water test should be completed.
(6)屋面雨水管及所有雨水口位置需要進行清掃測通,如果有漏水現象需要局部進行防水修補(現場確定數量及位置)。
(6) Clean and un-choke the roof rain pipe and all gutter inlets, and carry out waterproof repair if any leakage is found (determine on-site quantity and location).
(7)所有房間的戶門均更換為實木免漆門(原木色)。

(8)一層新建的各雙人間宿舍外走廊地面需要新建,地面同樣鋪設防滑地磚及地磚踢腳,走廊地面及側牆需要設置防潮層進行防潮處理。
(8) Newly build outside corridor for the newly built double room dormitory in the first floor, lay anti-skid tiles and floor tiles and baseboard on the ground too, and set damp-proof course on the corridor floor and side wall to make damp-proof treatment.
4、建築面積:宿舍樓改造完成後建築面積為2145.1m%%178(其中首層改造為宿舍的面積為601.3m%%178)。

5、建築層數:原建築為地上三層的鋼筋混凝土框架結構建築物,主體內屋面為輕鋼屋架外鋪彩鋼板屋面。

6、建築高度:宿舍樓總建築高度17.550米(自原設計%%p0.000高度記取),宿舍樓%%p0.000高度相當於絕對標高165.00米(當地高程)。

1、內裝修設計工程執行《建築內部裝修設計防火規範》GB50016-2006樓地面部分執行《建築地面設計規範》

2.1室內與廊道地坪材料與高度有變化時,除特殊說明外,均位於齊平門扇的開啟面處

3.1所有吊頂材料的燃燒性能必須符合《建築內部裝修設計防火規範》的要求

3.2本工程選用符合:結構安全、技術先進、安裝方便、適應性廣、產品配套、工業化成度高的吊頂系統;
3.2 The selection of this project shall conform to: the ceiling system with security structure, advanced technology, easy installation, wide adaptability, product mating, and high industrialization;
4、油漆塗料工程
4. Paint Coating Project
4.1建築塗料的分類、特點、用途、工序、選用要點、施工要點,應滿足本工程設計說明、材料表及相關國家施工、驗收規範、規程要求
4.1 The classification, features, use, processes, key points of selection and key points of construction should meet the engineering description, material table as well as the related national construction and acceptance specification and procedures requirements.
4.2內木門含木質門套構造、木飾面板、踢腳等,應為廠家加工定型成品裝配現場免漆板,避免現場噴、塗漆造成的環境汙染及其他成品的汙損
4.2 The interior wood door contains wood door pocket structure, wood panel and wood baseboard, which should be the finished non-painting plate assembled on site by the manufacturers, and you should avoid environmental pollution and other stained finished products due to painting on site.
4.3各種油漆塗料均由施工單位或生產廠家製作樣板,經確認後進行封樣,並據此進行驗收。

5、內隔牆工程
5. Internal Parting Wall Project
5.1本工程一層新建內隔牆為加氣混凝土條板牆100厚(有金屬網)隔牆,應做至結構板下;二三層內隔牆高度與吊頂高度相同,見吊頂平面圖,隔牆龍骨做至結構板下;
5.1 The 1st layer of newly built internal parting wall in this project is one aerated concrete hatten wall (with metal net) with the thickness of 100, which should be made to the bottom of the structural plate; the height of 2nd and 3rd layers should same with the that of suspended ceiling, please see the suspended ceiling plan, and the partition keel should be made to made to the bottom of structural plate;
5.2本工程牆體定位圖中,新建內隔牆牆體均為12+75+12輕鋼龍骨石膏板隔牆,內襯玻璃絲棉,參考03J111-1《內隔牆建築構造》的LP13做法,選擇12厚耐潮石膏板;
5.2 In the wall setting-out plan, the newly built internal parting wall is 12+75+12 lightgage steel joist gypsum slab partition lined with glass cotton, please refer to the LP13 practice of 03J111-1 Internal Parting Wall Architecture Construction, and select 12 thick moisture resistance gypsum board;
5.3本工程內牆塗料做法引自J909、G120<<工程做法>>2008建築結構合訂本;
5.3. The interior wall paint approach of this project is quoted from J909, G120 Engineering Practices 2008 architectural structure bound volume;
6、外牆體工程
6. External Wall Project
6.1一層新建外牆為200厚混凝土空心砌塊牆,外側與原有柱外皮平;
6.1 The 1st layer of newly built wall is the concrete hollow block with the thickness of 200, while the outside is even with the pillar skin;
6.2 混凝土空心砌塊牆相關技術要求參見《02J102-1混凝土小型空心砌塊塊體圖集》;
6.2 See the related technical requirements of concrete hollow block wall in 02J102-1 Concrete Small Hollow Block Figure Set;
6.3 混凝土空心砌塊的性能應達到《輕集料混凝土小型空心砌塊(GB15229-94)》中標準密度等級小於800kg/m3,強度大於2.5MPa。
6.3 The performance of concrete hollow block should reach the Lightweight Aggregate Concrete Small Hollow Block (GB15229-94), the standard density level should be less than 800kg/m3, and the strength should be greater than 2.5MPa.
7、內裝修工程要求
7. Interior Decoration Project Requirements
7.1 內裝修工程執行《建築內部裝修設計防火規範(GB50222-95)2001年版》,樓地面部分執行《建築地面設計規範(GB50037-96)》。一般裝修見"室內裝修做法表"。
7.1 The interior decoration project should be carried out according to the Fire Prevention Code for Interior Decoration Design (GB50222-95) 2001, while the flooring part should be carried out in accordance with the Building Ground Design Specifications. See the ordinary decoration in the 「Interior finish practice table」.
7.2一層新建衛生間做SY聚乙烯防水層0.7厚一道,高度1.800m,圖中未註明整個房間做坡度者,均在地漏周圍1m範圍內,做1~2%坡度坡向地漏。衛生間的地面應低於相鄰房間10mm。
7.2 SY waterproof layer with the thickness of 0.7 and the height of 1.800m should be used in the newly built bathroom in the 1st floor. If the gradient is not indicated in the diagram, it should be laid within 1 m around the floor drain, with the gradient of 1~2% to the floor drain. The bathroom floor should be lower than the adjacent room by10mm.
7.3 箱盒預留洞深與牆厚相同時,待箱盒安裝完畢後,背面釘鋼板網抹灰,裝修與所在牆面相同。
7.3 When the reserved hole of box is same with the wall thickness, after the box is installed, you should render the steel screen at the reverse side the back, and the decoration should be conducted same with the wall.
三、其他
III. Other
1、本施工圖應與各專業設計圖紙密切配合施工,注意預留孔洞,預埋件位置,不得隨意剔鑿,凡施工圖註明預留洞口,和須預埋的構件,應在施工時預留預埋,並做好防鏽防腐處理。
1. The project should be carried out according to the construction plans in coordination with all professional design drawings. You should pay attention to the locations of reserved holes and embedded parts. It is not allowed to chisel at will. If the reserved holes and embedded parts are indicated at the construction plan, you should conduct reserving and embedding at the time of construction and complete the antirust preservative treatment.
2、預埋木磚均須做防腐處理;露明鐵件均須做防鏽處理。
2. Preservative treatment should be made to the embedded wood brick; and rust-proof treatment must be made to the exposed iron pieces.
3、兩種材料的牆體交接處,在做飾面前均須加釘金屬網,防止裂縫。
3. Metal net should be used at the wall junction of two kinds of materials, so as to prevent cracks.
4、凡涉及顏色,規格等的材料,均應在施工前提供樣品和樣板,經建設單位和設計單位認可後,方可定貨施工。
4. Once color, specification and etc are involved in the materials, the samples and examples should be provided prior to construction. You can only order goods and conduct construction with the endorsement from the construction unit and design unit.
5、本說明未盡事宜均按國家有關施工及驗收規範執行。

四、門窗工程
IV. Door and Window Project
1、 建築外門窗抗風壓性能分級為4級,氣密性能分級為6級,水密性能等級為3級,保溫性能等級為7級,隔聲性能等級為3級。外門窗水密性應≥350Pa,外窗的氣密性應不低於GBT7106-2008中規定的6級,1.5kpa≥抗風壓應≥2.0kPa。
1. The wind resistance performance grade of exterior doors and windows can be divided into 4 levels, the airtight performance grade can be divided into 6 levels, the watertight performance grade can be divided into 3 levels, the heat preservation performance grade can be divided into 7 levels, and the sound insulation grade can be divided into 3 levels. The water tightness of exterior doors and windows shall be ≥ 350Pa, the airtightness of exterior window should be not less than level 6 specified in GBT7106-2008, and the wind resistance pressure should be between 1.5kpa and 2.0kPa.
2、 門窗玻璃的選用應遵照《建築玻璃應用技術規程(JGJ113-2009)》和《建築安全玻璃管理規定》發改運行[2003]2116號文。
2. The selection and use of doors and windows shall be in compliance with the Technical Specification for Building Glass (JGJ113-2009) and Construction Safety Glass Regulations on Administration NDRC document [2003] No. 2116.
3、門窗立面均表示洞口尺寸,門窗加工尺寸要按照裝修面厚度由承包商予以調整。
3. The facades of doors and windows represent the dimension of opening, and the contractor can adjust the door and window size in accordance with decorated surface thickness.
4、 門窗選料、顏色、玻璃見"門窗表"附註,門窗五金件要求符合現行國家標準及行業標準的規定。
4. See the material selection, color and glass of doors and windows in the Window and Door Schedule. The window, door and hardware requirements should be in line with the provisions in the existing national standards and industry standards.
五、節能設計
V. Energy Conservation Design
1.本工程由於為裝修改造工程,工程位置處於亞熱帶氣候區,本次改造不涉及牆體保溫材料的變化及屋面保溫材料的變化內容,故未整體按照節能要求進行計算。
1. Because this is a decoration renovation project, the project is located in subtropical climate zone, and this renovation does not involve the changes in wall insulation material and roofing thermal insulation material, so it hasn't been calculated in accordance with the energy conversation requirements as a whole.
2.本工程所有更換的外窗及外門均按照《民用建築熱工設計規範》的要求進行設計;

六、消防設計
VI. Fire Protection Design
1. 本工程由於為裝修改造工程,共設置兩部疏散樓梯,樓梯疏散寬度為1200,滿足疏散寬度的要求。
1. Because this is a decoration renovation project, so a total of two staircases are set up, with the stair evacuation width of 1200, width can meet the evacuation requirements.
2.本工程裝修改造不涉及消防系統的改造,建築物整體為一個防火分區,防火分區建築面積為2145.1m%%178;

七、室內環境汙染控制
VII. Indoor Environmental Pollution Control
1、工程所使用的無機非金屬建築材料,包括砂、石、磚、水泥、商品混凝土、預製構件和新型牆體材料等,其放射性指標限量應符合《民用建築工程室內環境汙染控制規範》GB50325-2010第3.1.1條的規定。
1. The inorganic non-metallic building materials used in the project, including sand, stone, bricks, cement, ready-mixed concrete and precast elements, new wall materials and etc, whose radioactive index limit should be consistent with the provisions of Article 3.1.1 in the Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering GB50325-2010.
2、工程所使用的無機非金屬裝修材料,包括石材、建築衛生陶瓷、石膏板、吊頂材料等,進行分類時,其放射性指標限量應符合《民用建築工程室內環境汙染控制規範》GB50325-2010第3.1.2條的規定。
2. The inorganic non-metallic building materials used in the project, including stone, architectural sanitary ceramics, gypsum board, ceiling materials and so on. When you categorize them, the radioactive index limit should be consistent with the provisions of Article 3.1.2 in the Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering GB50325-2010.
3、Ⅱ類民用建築工程宜採用A類無機非金屬建築材料和裝修材料;當A類和B類無機非金屬裝修材料混合使用時,應符合《民用建築工程室內環境汙染控制規範》GB50325-2010第4.3.2的規定。
3. A-class inorganic nonmetal building materials and decoration materials should be used in class II civil construction project, when class A and class B inorganic nonmetal decoration materials are mixed to use, they should be consistent with the with the provisions of Article 4.3.2 in the Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering GB50325-2010.
