它的寓意應該容易理解。
既可以指「一件事發生後，已經過去很久，無關緊要了」；
也可以指「一件事發生後，時間流逝，又發生了很多事情」。

Don't worry about it anymore, it's water under the bridge.
別再擔心了，事情已經過去了。
No, that was a long time ago, it's all water under the bridge.
不，那是很久以前的事了，全是橋下的水。
We did have our disagreements but that's water under the bridge now.
