Born and raised in Moscow. My country is world-known by our rich history of martial arts. Boxing in particular originated in Russia more than a hundred years ago and paved the way to the lead positions in the boxing world.

"我對武術的興趣佔據了我生活的很大一部分。從我學習了5年的日本合氣道開始。在交流項目期間,在中國學了一學期中國傳統武術。練習泰拳一年。 因為受傷,我不得不放棄泰拳,那時我發現了拳擊和fitboxing。根據我的經驗,我想為別人開拳擊比賽,一起練習,一起在課堂上度過美好時光。"
Interested in martial arts for bigger part of my life. Began with Japanese aikido which I'd been studying for 5 years. Learned traditional Chinese wushu for one term in China, during exchange program. Practiced Thai boxing for one year. I had to give up Thai boxing because of the injury and that was the time I discovered boxing and fitboxing. Through my experience I want to open fitboxing for others, practice and have great times in class together.

Training consists of 3 main parts: warm up, boxing practice and strength training. Series of boxing moves you are about to learn include a combination of large, sweeping punches (crosses, hooks, uppercuts); smaller punches (jabs); squats; and short, quick steps forward and back.

Much attention is also paid to strength training, stretching, and hitting a punching bag.
