Opposite可以用來形容任何相反的東西，即相對立的，但是衣服穿「反」其實並不是對立的概念，而是有兩種情況
①把裡邊穿外邊了
inside out
If something is inside out, it has the usual inside part on the outside and the usual outside part on the inside.
如果一個東西是inside out，那麼通常是說它裡面的部分朝外了，外面的部分朝裡了。

②前後穿反了
backwards /'bkwdz/

有兩個詞需要區分清楚：
①backwards (adv.) 向後
