2.常見信用證條款中英文對照翻譯：
1、1 Origin and 3 Copies full set of clean on board ocean bill of lading made out to order,blank endorsed and marked:freight prepaid,indicating contract number and shipping mark.
1正本3副本的全套已裝船清潔海運提單，空白抬頭，空白背書，註明「運費已付」，註明合同號和嘜頭。
2、Sign Commercial Invoice in 5 copies indicating contract number,name of commodity and shipping mark.
手籤商業發票副本一式五份，標明合同號、商品名稱和嘜頭。
3、Detailed packing list in 5 copies issued by the manufacturer,indicating contract number,contents of the packing,net weight and gross weight of each container or wooden box.
製造商籤發的裝箱單副本5份，註明合同號，裝箱內容，每隻貨櫃或木箱的淨重和毛重。
4、2 Original certificate of quality and quantity issued by the manufacturer.
製造商提供的商品質量和數量證明書正本2份。
5、Certificate of origin issued by the relative commercial association of the manufacture’s country in 1 original and 2 copies.
由賣方所在國商會籤發並證明的原產地證明書1份正本2份副本。
6、Insurance policy covering one hundred and ten percent (110%) of invoice value against all risks and war risk in one original and one copy.
保險按發票金額的110%投保，包含一切險及戰爭險。正本一份，副本一份。
7.The buyer shall before the shipment issued irrevocable letter of credit of 10% of the contract value in favor of the Seller,the letter of credit shall be payable to the seller at sight against the following documents.
買方在合同貨物運輸前通過買方銀行開立以賣方為受益人的不可撤銷即期信用證，金額佔合同的10%，憑以下單據付款：
3.國際貿易知識百科：insurance certificate與 insurance policy有什麼不同？ （一） Insurance Policy（保險單）
它應用於承保一個指定的航程內某一批貨物發生的損失，凡是指明航程、指明一批貨物均可出立這種保險單。保險單除載明被保險人名稱、保險貨物名稱、運輸工具種類和名稱、險別、起訖地點、保險期限、保險金額等項目外，還附有關於保險公司的責任範圍以及保險公司和被保險人的權利和義務等方面的詳細的保險契約的全部條款，是完整的承保形式，因而又被稱為正式保單，俗稱大保單。信用證要求保險單或保險憑證時，銀行均接受保險單。
（二） Insurance Certificate（ 保險憑證）
它是表示保險公司已經接受保險的一種證明文件，是一種較簡化的保險單據，俗稱小保單。它包括了保險單的基本內容，但不附有保險條款的全文。保險公司和被保險人的權利和義務應以保險公司的正式條款為準。雖然保險憑證與保險單具有同等效力，但它必須依賴於其它文件，本身缺乏完整的獨立效力。所
以，如果信用證要求保險單時，銀行不能接受保險憑證。
