馬甲線
Firm abs
abs=abdominal muscles
馬甲線並不是vest line。要練出馬甲線，就是要練腹肌和肌肉，因為腹肌才是天然hold住腹部的馬甲。
一周鍛練腹部兩次，那一周腹部都會是緊實的，像穿上天然馬甲一樣，不必穿人工馬甲也能收緊。所以馬甲線就是Firm abs-緊緻的腹部。
慄子：
Her body is so well proportioned, especially her firm abs.
她的身材勻稱極了，尤其是她那結實的馬甲線。
人魚線
V shape/V line/V cut
（不是Mermaid line）
很多童鞋會覺著人魚就是mermaid，所以人魚線就是mermaid line吧。其實錯了，不能直接按照字面意思翻譯。
人魚線是呈V字形狀的，所以是V shape/line/cut

蹬車的練習可以讓你快速練出腹肌。
1. Slim
英 [slɪm] 美 [slɪm]
苗條的, 修長的, 瘦的
慄子：
She is tall and slim.
她身量修長。
Slim and beautiful, she was the center of the home, the glue that held it together.
苗條、美麗的母親是這個家的核心，她像膠水一樣使一家人緊密相連。
2. Skinny
英 ['skɪnɪ] 美 [ˈskɪni]
皮包骨的, 苗條的, 瘦的
慄子：
That is what everyone says to the skinny girl still trying to lose more weight.
那就是人們所說的瘦的皮包骨的女孩仍舊在嘗試著減去更多的體重。
How come she's so skinny while she's a foodie?
為什麼她是個吃貨，還這麼瘦呢？
1. 年輕人用skinny更多，更隨意，但有些語境中也表示營養不良的瘦。
2. Slim稍微用得少一些，但更正面，禮貌（沒把握時，用slim)
