據ScienceDirect網站3月19日報導,中科院華南植物園蔣躍明研究員率領的果蔬採後生物學研究組近年在Food Chemistry(食品科學Top 10%)、Postharvest Biology and Technology (園藝科學Top 10%)、Innovative Food Science & Emerging Technologies(食品科學Top 30%)等國際學術刊物上發表的5篇論文受到國內外同行的高度關注,被廣泛引用,成為2008–2010年度或2009–2010年度各期刊前25篇最高引用率的文章之一。這5篇文章及其引用率的排名是:
