「甩鍋」現在也變成了一個網絡熱語

後又甩鍋世衛組織
對於美國的做法

據說，以前人們玩紙牌的時候會輪著發牌，而發牌的人會拿到一把刀，這把刀就代表發牌權。而且這種刀的刀柄通常是用（buck）雄鹿的角做的，所以當輪到某個人發牌時，buck就會傳給這個人，表示發牌權到了這個人手上。
慢慢地
pass the buck就演變成了「把責任推給別人」
也就是我們說的甩鍋了

「背黑鍋」 英文怎麼說？

例：

也可用來表達「背黑鍋」

官方翻譯：
On your third question, I have seen relevant reports and twitter. Hmm. How interesting.
口語中我們可以用
How interesting. 或 That's interesting.來表達「呵呵」
當然我們都知道interesting也可以表示「有趣的」
所以聽話者一定要注意對方的語氣
是要表達「有趣」還是「呵呵」
