原文：第二，我的信心來自於成熟穩健的中歐關係。近年來，中歐高層互動頻繁，中歐領導人會晤、中歐經貿高層對話、中國—中東歐國家領導人會晤等相繼成功舉行，為雙方深化經貿等領域務實合作奠定了堅實基礎。前不久，雙方成功舉行第十九次中國－歐盟領導人會晤，就深化和平、增長、改革、文明四大夥伴關係，拓展雙邊、地區和全球層面合作達成一系列重要共識，為中歐關係發展注入新動力。

The second reason for my confidence comes from the increasingly mature and steady China-Europe relations.
Recent years have witnessed frequent high-level interactions between China and Europe. China-EU Summit, China-EU Economic and Trade High-Level Dialogue, and the Summit of China and Central and Eastern European Countries were successfully held. These meetings help lay a solid foundation for deepening business cooperation between China and Europe.
The latest China-EU Summit was held early this month. The two sides reached a series of agreements on a wide range of issues. These include:
• To enhance China-EU partnerships for peace, growth, reform andcivilization,
• And to further expand bilateral, regional and global cooperation.
These agreements strengthened the momentum of China-Europe relations.
