Overview（概述）
During this minimally-invasive procedure, the surgeon removes the end of the clavicle at the acromioclavicular joint in the shoulder. Removing this portion of bone will decompress the joint. It will help relieve the pain and loss of motion caused by arthritis or impingement. This procedure is performed with a small camera, called an arthroscope, and miniature instruments.
在此微創手術中，外科醫生將肩部的肩鎖關節處的鎖骨端去除。去除這部分骨可以解除關節壓力，有助於緩解因關節炎或撞擊而引起的疼痛和活動障礙。手術使用小型攝像頭（稱為關節鏡）和其它小型器械。
Preparation（準備）
In preparation for the procedure, general or regional anesthesia is administered. The shoulder is cleansed with an antiseptic solution. The surgeon creates a few small openings in the shoulder to allow access to the joint.
準備手術時，進行全身麻醉或區域麻醉。用消毒液對肩部進行清潔。術者在肩部作幾個小切口，以進入到關節。
Excising the Clavicle（切除鎖骨）
The surgeon inserts the arthroscope and instruments. The surgeon shaves away the end of the clavicle to create more space within the joint.
術者插入關節鏡和其它器械，磨削掉鎖骨的末端，使關節有更大的空間。
End of Procedure and Aftercare（手術結束和術後康復）
When the procedure is complete, the instruments are removed and the openings are closed. The shoulder is bandaged. The arm is placed in a sling. Physical therapy will be required to regain strength and range of motion.
手術完畢後，撤除器械，關閉切口。將肩膀用繃帶包紮，將胳膊懸掛起來。可能需要進行物理治療以恢復肩關節的力量和活動範圍。
